FIELD: mining industry; mining loose mineral through holes. SUBSTANCE: mining tool has head and concentrically installed lifting air supplying and agent supplying pipe columns. Metering device with dropped balls is installed in upper part of central agent supplying pipe column, and valve seats with channels and through holes are attached to its inner surface in lower part. Aerator openings are made on lifting column within interval of lower end of outer air supplying pipe column. Seat channels may be inclined. Agent supplying pipe column may be furnished with ball limiters installed between seat. Ball limiters may be made in form of perforated spiral tube communicating seat channels. Ball limiters may be inclined and located in same vertical plane on inner walls of agent supplying pipe. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 5 cl, 5 dwg
