METHOD OF MINERALS HYDRAULIC BOREHOLE MINING AND DEVICE FOR ITS EMBODIMENT Russian patent published in 2000 - IPC

FIELD: mineral borehole mining under conditions of insecure cap rocks. SUBSTANCE: method includes drilling and casing of new hole with help of equipment located on same platform simultaneously with mineral mining from hole prepared before. In this case, center of platform gravity is displaced towards location of drilling equipment, and is found beyond caving zone. After performance of mining and drilling operations, platform is moved over profile for mining of newly drilled hole and drilling of next hole. Device for embodiment of claimed method has platform in form of movable sledges with two masts installed on platform ends. One mast is equipped for drilling and casing of holes, and the other, for mineral and casing withdrawal. Pulp-lifting column of producing tool consists of movable and fixed parts. Role of fixed part is played by casing pipe, and role of movable part is played by pipe of smaller diameter attached to water- and air-supplying pipe strings. EFFECT: provided safe handling of holes under conditions of insecure flooded rocks with minimum expenditures in mounting and dismantling of producing devices, and high productivity of work. 8 cl, 2 dwg
