FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: internal and outer plate-like hydraulic machines are connected with driving and driven shafts. The machines were separated by radially movable ring part made of two eccentric cylindrical surfaces. The ring part is rotatable and provided with two passages in radial plane. The passages connect outer and inner eccentric surfaces. The hydraulic machines are connected to a shaft and interconnected via a reduction gear. The ring part is connected with the other shaft.
