DEVICE FOR MECHANISM LOCATION Russian patent published in 1994 - IPC

Abstract RU 2012923 C1

FIELD: devices used for stepped location of mechanism members and, namely, for power location by a spring-loaded retaining body. SUBSTANCE: the recesses for a ball retainer in the movable member (slide) to be retained are made in the form of a helical groove in its cylindrical surface and the required retained position is attained by turning of the slide relative to its dog around the longitudinal axis. EFFECT: precise setting of the instant of location in the required position of the members; usually this problem is solved by enhanced precision (rise in price) of manufacture of members, or by introduction of complex adjusting members and processes. 1 dwg
