FIELD: conversion technique. SUBSTANCE: device has an inductive capacitive bridge with windings 1, 2 of electromagnetic elements and capacitors 3, 4 in opposite bridge arms. The bridge has a first diagonal connected through switching unit 7 to output terminals of the converter, a second diagonal to which controllable switch 13 is connected. The bridge diagonal and/or secondary winding of electromagnetic elements form output terminals. The device operates both at DC and AC input voltages.
