FIELD: medicine, traumatology and orthopedics. SUBSTANCE: method includes fixation of tendon end to humerus through canal formed in it under joint capsule. For this purpose, after bringing tendon end out of bone canal, knot is formed of it, which exceeds in this size the hole of bone canal, and wedged at canal outlet. In so doing, tendon before introduction into bone canal is bifurcated to lead one portion of bifurcated tendon through canal, and after tensioning it, to tie it with other portion of tendon. After wedging of knot in hole of bone canal, free ends of tendon are additionally fastened to each other. Bone canal is formed of two canals oncoming at obtuse angle. In this case, distal section of canal is formed at acute angle to corticalayler, to plane of bone diaphysis. EFFECT: prevented complications by more reliable fastening of tendon to bone.
