FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: apparatus for irradiating bronchi of patients at photodynamic therapy has an optical fibre, feeding laser irradiation into a bronchoscope, the fibre is embraced by photoconductive flexible tube and by outer flexible tube. An end of the fibre is embedded to silicon mass, including powder of titanium dioxide TiO2; the silicon mass contains seven pro mille of TiO2 particles with size 0.2 micrometers. The silicon mass fills a front end of the photoconductive flexible tube up to an end surface of an aluminium cylinder, acting as a mirror. Light, dispersed by TiO2 particles, is being transmitted radially through the photoconductive flexible tube and the front end portion of the outer flexible tube, charging bronchi of the patient.
