FIELD: catalytic reactors. SUBSTANCE: catalytic reactor has tube with heat-exchange jacket filled with catalyst layer, cover, bottom and technological branch pipes, and at least one heat-supplying and/or heat-removing wall. Catalyst layer consists of material elementary particles sintered together and with one side of said wall. In this case, sintered material is absent on other side of reactor wall. Maximum distance (Xmax) in meters from any point of reactor layer to nearest heat-supplying and/or heat-removing wall is determined by relation given in invention description.
