FIELD: production of powders. SUBSTANCE: mill has container with milling bodies. Container accommodates alternating blades in the form of L-shaped rods and guide discs mounted on vertical shaft. Loading device is located in top part of container, and near bottom there is device for side discharging of milled material provided with net, valve assembly and discharging chute.
