SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a bead mill that can be used in manufacture of ultra-disperse products. The bead mill contains a horizontal milling container (6) with a cylinder inner wall (9), a drum (22) of the mixer located in the milling container (6) and set to motion in the direction (29) of rotation of the drive around general central longitudinal axis (23), a milling chamber (17) restricted by the inner wall (9) and the drum (22) of the mixer. On the first end of the milling chamber (17) an intake element (18) for the mill feed is opened into said chamber, and from the second end of the milling container (6) opposite to the first end of the milling container (6), an outtake element (18) for the mill feed is opened to the outside. The drum (22) of the mixer contains a first part (24) adjacent to the intake element (18) for the mill feed restricting the first area (37) of the milling chamber and having a diameter of D24 and length of L24, and a second part (25) adjacent to the outtake element (19) for the mill feed restricting the second area (38) of the milling chamber and having a diameter of D25 and length of L25. The diameter D25 of the second part (25) of the drum of the mixer is greater than the diameter D24 of the first part (24) of the drum of the mixer. A pathway (26) is included between the first part (24) of the drum of the mixer and the second part (25) of the drum of the mixer, which relates to the first part (24) of the drum of the mixer. The second part (25) of the drum of the mixer contains a cavity (27) the bottom (41) whereof divides it from the first part (24) of the drum of the mixer, said cavity having a length of L27 in the direction of the first part (24) of the drum and containing a sieve (32) connected to the outtake element (19) for the mill feed, the end whereof is located on a distance from the bottom (41), wherein the second part (25) of the drum of the mixer has slits (28) connecting the cavity (27) with the second area (38) of the milling chamber. The length L27 of the cavity (27) in the direction of the first part (24) of the drum of the mixer is less than the length L25 of the second part (25) of the drum of the mixer, the first part (24) of the drum of the mixer contains at least one bypass channel (39, 39', 39") going through the bottom (41) of the cavity (27) connecting the first area (37) of the milling chamber with the cavity (27) and at least partially made in the pathway (26), and at least one bypass channel (39, 39', 39") is directed radially to the outside against the direction (29) of rotation of the drive.
EFFECT: invention allows obtaining a much more uniform distribution of grinding media in the grinding chamber while preventing pressing.
