FIELD: metal machining. SUBSTANCE: mill has support casing with fixed sleeve rigidly secured thereto. Interior of the sleeve accommodates a movable sleeve with central shaft. Support of the machine is rigidly connected to lower end of central rotatable shaft whose upper end has mechanism for vertical displacement. The movable sleeve has means for turning it relative to fixed sleeve. Support guides have carriage capable of longitudinal displacement. The carriage has motor with hollow spindle in the form of shaft carrying collet clamp for pin-type cutter. Means for locking the support casing relative to the workpiece is fashioned as pivotable supports with suction members capable of displacement relative to the casing.
