METHOD OF RECONDITIONING THE HIGHLY CHARGED THREE-LAYER STRUCTURES MADE OF COMPOSITE MATERIAL Russian patent published in 1995 - IPC

Abstract RU 2039655 C1

FIELD: manufacture of building materials. SUBSTANCE: if a through defect is evolvable, the defective portion of the three-layer structure is cut out. The diameter of the hole in the upper sheathing is made larger than that in the lower one. The edges of the holes are processed as "miter joint" with the angle of the edge slope equal to 35-45. A groove for the inner overlapping is milled under the upper sheathing in the filler layer. A ring-shaped and round intermediate products are cut out of the rubberized cloth and are bonded together by the rubber cement obtaining a vacuum packet. Then it is introduced into the hole and is sticked to the lower sheathing. A layer of the porous cloth lubricated by the epoxy resin and the intermediate product of the outer overlapping of the lower sheathing are placed on the vacuum packet. A technological lock consisting of a head and a lengthening tube is set up into the hole. The technological overlapping with a connecting pipe connected with the vacuum pump by the pipeline is mounted from above. After that the vacuum evaporation and the thermal treatment are carried out. After the overlapping is hardened, the technological lock and the technological overlapping are removed. The inner overlapping of the upper sheathing is produced. The filling and the inner overlappings of the lower sheathing are lubricated by the epoxy resin and are laid. The frothing composition is filled in. The inner overlapping lubricated by the epoxy resin is introduced into the groove. The filling and the outer overlappings of the upper sheathing lubricated by the epoxy resin are laid. The layers of the overlappings are laid according to the orientation of the composite layers of the sheathings. The vacuum packet is mounted from above. The vacuum evaporation and the thermal treatment of the repair portion are carried out. After the overlappings and the frothing composition are hardened, the vacuum packet is disassembled. EFFECT: facilitated manufacture. 1 cl, 9 dwg
