FIELD: machine tool manufacture. SUBSTANCE: machine has spindle with faceplate and lower finishing disk, and loading mechanism with upper finishing disk. Toothed planetary mechanism includes central wheel, satellites to accommodate workpieces, toothing bearing on springs, and plungers secured to the toothing and received in guide sleeves mounted on rotating table. Mechanism for lowering the toothing includes actuating air- or hydraulically-operated cylinders and rotation drive with starting mechanism. Springs are received in spaces between the guide sleeves at the periphery of the table. Affixed to the underside of the plungers are plates, whereas the mechanism for lowering the toothing is fashioned as pressure ring secured to rods of actuating cylinders. The starting mechanism includes position sensor of the pressure ring. Located between the faceplate of the spindle and lower finishing disk is a ring that can be readjusted in level.
