FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has two axially alined tools with horizontal flat machining surface and planet mechanism, which consists of a gear, periphery gear with inner engagement and cells-satellites between them provided with sockets for parts to be machined. The device is provided with an eccentric carrier whose base is rigidly secured to the bottom tool and the central gear. The driving pin and centering pin are freely coupled with the top tool. The bottom tool is connected with the spindle of a machine tool whose housing is rigidly secured to the periphery gear which in turn is freely mounted on the housing of the bottom tool through, e.g., bearings. The top tool has a ring groove with openings for supplying suspension. EFFECT: improved design. 1 dwg
