FIELD: railway transport. SUBSTANCE: arrangement has bed 1 carrying table for accommodating casing of workpiece 7 and a movable power member positioned between two collapsible posts 5. Table 8 has guides 10 arranged in symmetry relative to the longitudinal axis of the arrangement and having support surfaces 11 to carry a set 7 of rubber-metal elements with inner and outer lugs. Inner lugs are intended to receive casing 15 of shock-absorbing unit, whereas outer lugs are intended to engage with underlying springs to balance casing 15. The power member is fashioned as a bearing platform 3 affixed to rod 2 and intended to secure posts 5.
