FIELD: material-handling equipment. SUBSTANCE: hoisting device has cargo shackle whose lower horizontal part has cargo gripper and is made up of four-link successively connected articulated mechanisms. Screw mechanism mounted in vertical section of shackle provides desired separation of lower part during placement of cargo to desired position. Shackle carries fixing arm having carriage with clamp and keeping shackle in desired position with change of center of gravity of the system. EFFECT: enhanced operating reliability. 2 cl, 2 dwg
