FIELD: load handling mechanisms. SUBSTANCE: mounting shell for pulley block has rope pulley 1 mounted on shaft 2 between jaws 3 whose lower section carries crosspiece 4 accommodating central shackle 5 capable of rotating about vertical axis. Connecting pin 6 with shoulder 7 carries suspension weight in the form of a pair of side lugs 9 connected by shell 8 and having coaxial holes joined by pairs of vertical recesses. The width of the recess corresponds to the diameter of work holes and to the diameter of additional mounting hole of one of side lugs 9. The connecting pin is held against loosening by pin 14 at end opposite to the shoulder. The distance between the axes of the working and additional mounting holes exceeds the space of free vertical stroke of weight suspension. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency in operation. 7 dwg
