FIELD: mechanical engineering; material handling mechanisms; lever winches. SUBSTANCE: lever winch clamp consists of rockers 1 with oval-shape clamping block placed in between. Block is made sectional, consisting of outer frame 2 and upper and lower bow-shaped inserts 3 and 4 fitted in frame, and also side inserts made, for instance, in form of bushings fitted in cylindrical holes of frame 2. Frame is manufactured of light alloy, bow-shaped inserts are made of wear-resistant material, and side inserts, of antifriction material. In case of wear in operation, inserts can be easily replaced. Thanks to it service life of winch is considerably increased. EFFECT: improved reliability of winch, reduced mass. 3 cl, 4 dwg
