LIQUID DISPENSING DEVICE Russian patent published in 1994 - IPC

Abstract RU 2013366 C1

FIELD: metering devices. SUBSTANCE: device has metering vessel 5, which is lowered by means of drive 6 against stop. Liquid is passed through pipe 9 to be delivered into vessel 7 up to edges of vessel 5 (divider 8) and flows over edges to fill resilient portion 14, suction elbow 12, metering vessel 5, vessel 7 disposed above pipe 9 and through pipe 10 to the level of reservoir 1. Upon passage through lower part metering vessel is displaced upward. Liquid flows from pipe 10, vessel 7 and pipe 9. When vessel 5 is lifted, the level of liquid in it is practically not changed, but the level of liquid in suction elbow 12 of syphon is raised. When liquid fills syphon to the level of section 11, syphon is charged and liquid is automatically dispensed. EFFECT: increased efficiency and enhanced reliability in operation. 3 cl, 1 dwg
