FIELD: well drilling. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has high-temperature penetrator with a heater and crystallizer, lifting mechanisms with a winch, compressor, electric power source and a base, being in the form of mounted coaxially and mutually connected casing, metallic pipe, annular sealing gasket, concrete plate, bitumen sealing gasket and an attachment for sealing a cavity of the well. The winch is kinematically connected with the high-temperature penetrator by an electric cable of refractory material. One end of the cable is arranged on a drum of the winch and is electrically connected by current collector with the electric power source. The other end of the cable by a cable locking unit is secured to a body of the high-temperature penetrator and is electrically connected with the heater. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 1 cl, 1 dwg
