FIELD: electrothermal drilling of holes in loose rock with simultaneous tube-free reinforcement of shaft of hole. SUBSTANCE: gear has drill rods, penetrator and hole expander freely put on case of penetrator. Penetrator comes in the form of hollow high-temperature electric insulator in which outer surface spiral grooves are cut. Space and grooves of electric insulator are filled with high-temperature composite material, coat of high-temperature electric insulation material in the form shell is deposited on outer surface of penetrator. Gear makes it possible to drill holes with diameter up to 150 mm with long-term and ecologically pure tube-free reinforcement of shaft of hole. EFFECT: enlarged diameter of drilled holes, ecologically pure tube-free reinforcement of shaft of hole. 1 dwg
