FIELD: borehole drilling. SUBSTANCE: in compliance with process composite plugging material having melting temperature 50-1000 C is prepared. Plugging penetrator is lowered down borehole drilled in advance, then borehole is filled with plugging material up to needed height. After this heated plugging penetrator is lifted to borehole head. Gear for implementation of process includes plugging heated penetrator, source of electric power, winch and cable-rope. It has crystallizer-former positioned in lower part of body. Rod with centering mounts is placed between penetrator body and cable-rope. Penetrator body has conical shape of upper part to provide for angle of 5-10 deg between it and borehole walls. Outer diameter of penetrator body is 20-30% smaller than that of borehole. EFFECT: improved efficiency of securing of borehole shaft. 2 dwg
