FIELD: drilling technique. SUBSTANCE: device includes a body mounted in a diamagnetic tube. A bushing rotates around bearings 3 inside the body. An eccentric load is mounted in the bushing. A ball rotating on axles secured in bearings is disposed in the bushing center. An indicator is fixed in body ball by a load having a channel. An inner cavity of the indicator is filled with a low viscosity fluid separated from a washing fluid by a diaphragm. There is a basement made of a resilient material disposed in the center of the indicator and rigidly attached thereto. An axle for a magnetic needle, covered by a transparent graduated circle is mounted on the basement. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. 4 dwg
