The beacon is disposed at the area of well mouth. Communication channel is made by circulation of washing liquid with restricted discharge. Signal of coincidence of curvature plane of deflecting tool with the beacon is formed in form of improved pressure pulse. Device has permanent magnet made in form of a dumb-bells with two balls, the magnet is located in diamagnetic cup and case; permanent magnet disposed at the area of well mouth. Cup has cap and groove. Permanent magnet is disposed for motion in groove. One ball of the permanent magnet is connected by hinge in the cup, and the other one is disposed outside the cup.
