Threaded holes 8 are arranged so that the distance between plane 10 perpendicular to axis 11 of threaded holes 8 and described within threaded portion 12 and plane 13 perpendicular to the axis of cylinder 14 and passing through the axis of crankshaft 5 is less than the distance between end surface 15 of lower piston ring 3 with piston 2 in its bottom dead center and plane 13 perpendicular to the axis 14 of the cylinder and extending through the axis of crankshaft 5.
