FIELD: mechanical engineering; fuel system of internal combustion engines. SUBSTANCE: proposed device has plate throttle valve installed on each cylinder for linear reciprocation across intake channel passing inside throttle housing found between cylinder block head and intake manifold. Housing is made split and it is formed by two interconnected plates. Space corresponding to width of throttle valve is made in zone of plate butt joint. Throttle valve can be shifted by rod lengthwise the space along through ports made in both plates overlapping one of ports. Two ports are made in each plate corresponding to intake channel of each cylinder. Throttle valve is rigidly secured on rod which is coupled with drive. EFFECT: simplified design, improved reliability of engine and control of fuel-air mixing. 4 cl, 6 dwg
