FIELD: wind-electric power engineering. SUBSTANCE: windmill blade has airfoil and spring-loaded turning interceptor located near exit edge and made as assembly of two coupled flat members one of which is mounted flush with one of airfoil surfaces. Flat members are kinematically linked together and provided with parallel hinge axes. Kinematic linkage members are secured on hinge axes and are free to turn through angle not exceeding 90 deg. Flat member mounted flush with airfoil surface is installed on backup surface side; one or both axes are spring-loaded. Airfoil is built up main and exit parts, the latter having space receiving hinge axes and kinematic linkage members. Exit part of blade is made as assembly of several independent blocks.
