FIELD: agrocommercial complex. SUBSTANCE: device has conversion unit including frequency multiplier. Frequency multiplier has two input limiting resistors R0 and two branches including condensers connected in series. Additional condenser C1, C2, C3 is connected in parallel with in series connected condensers R1 through additional limiting resistor C4. High-voltage light voltage indicator is connected in parallel with additional condenser. One lead of voltage indicator is connected directly with first section of electrodes Cr1 and other lead is connected with second section of electrodes Cr2 through normally closed contact group K. EFFECT: increased efficiency of device by dividing voltage increase function and power function, reduced dimensions and weight. 1 dwg
