FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical engineering, namely to power high-voltage converters, and can be used in devices for controlling thyristors of controlled rectifiers and electric motors. High-voltage thyristor control device, as in the prototype, comprises an auto-oscillator, a control unit comprising a first and a second resistors, a first and a second rectifier, an opto-receiver, an isolating transformer connected by the primary winding to the auto-oscillator, and by secondary windings to inputs of rectifiers, first and second transistor switches, outputs of which are respectively connected to first and second resistors, outputs of which are connected to common point, which is connected to the control electrode of the high-voltage thyristor, as well as a pulse-phase control system containing two optical transmitters. First and second adjustable voltage stabilizers are connected to outputs of the first and second rectifiers, respectively. Positive terminals of the first and second adjustable voltage stabilizers are connected to positive terminals of the first and second capacitors and inputs of the first and second transistor switches through the third and fourth resistors respectively. Negative terminals of first and second adjustable voltage stabilizers are connected to negative terminals of first, second capacitors, cathode of high-voltage thyristor and output of third transistor switch, input of which is connected to control electrode of high-voltage thyristor. Output of the first optical receiver is connected to the control input of the first transistor switch. Output of the second optical receiver is connected to the control inputs of the second and third transistor switches.
EFFECT: high noise immunity and broader functional capabilities of the high-voltage thyristor control device.
