FIELD: agricultural pest control. SUBSTANCE: electrodes disposed on the external and internal sides of a tubular glass element are connected to a source of high alternating voltage. The internal electrode is perforated with protruding spikes and/or edges of perforations being directed towards said tubular glass element. The operating device generates ozone which exterminates microorganisms effectively, scares away moth, insects and rodents.
