The base is made in the form of triangular support 1 and rectangular frame 2 mounted on the support. The rotation mechanism includes pulley 14 rigidly fixed to the pillar and mounted on one side of rectangular frame 2, support blocks attached to the frame in its corners on the opposite side, rests for feet in the form of pedals movably mounted on longitudinal sides of the frame serving as guides.
