FIELD: sport. SUBSTANCE: training equipment includes a basement bearing a foot platform; supporting frame having rotary post. A clamp for head is disposed on the rotary post; a means for clamp rotation; a seat; and a horizontal bar for hands. A cage with load member is connected to the rotary post. The seat is adjustable for height. Flexible pull members are connected to the basement through a cable and pulley system. The foot platform is connected to the cage. The seat, cage with load members, and the platform are mounted for synchronous rotation. The head clamp rotation means has a pair of gear wheels and a bracket.
