FIELD: reflexodiagnostics. SUBSTANCE: device has electronic unit, unit of setting the thermal action mode, control unit, as well as action process beginning and end pickup. Control unit is made as a computer for forming the control signals during determination of action rated power and in process of diagnostics of thermopainful sensitivity level by Akabane method, by continuous recording of thermal sensitivity level of biologically active points with subsequent analysis of their values and formation of control signals for thermal action. Data inputs and outputs of control unit are connected to action process beginning and end pickup and to control input of unit of setting the thermal action mode, respectively. Action process beginning and end pickup is made as a sensor of presence or absence of thermoelement contact with skin. It includes switch connected between unit of setting the thermal action mode and electrode unit containing m + n thermoelements and temperature sensitive element connected to auxiliary input of control unit.
