FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: bronchoscopy of patient is carried out at local anesthesia. Gas He-Ne laser having wavelength 633 nm is used as a source of coherent irradiation, its power at output being 5-10 mW, exposition being 100-200 s. Mucous membrane of trachea, primary and lobar bronchus from the both sides are irradiated by laser. Treatment time is 7-12 days (that for prototype being 1-2 months). EFFECT: decreases treatment time, excludes relapses. 2 dwg
