SUBSTANCE: device has a hydraulic press formed by a bed with lower, intermediate and upper cross bars 2, 3 and 4 respectively, lower, intermediate and upper vertically movable traverses 5, 6 and 7 respectively, cylinders fastened to the cross bars and a moulding formed by die 34 and punch 37. Bearing bush 22 with metal receiver 23 is fastened to traverse 5. The cylinders are mounted on the traverses with their axes vertical. One of the cylinders is fastened to the lower end of lower traverse 5, and two cylinders - to the upper end of upper traverse 7. A pipeline extender is formed by a body and a movable rod with axial and radial holes mounted for movement relative to the body. Lower shroud 24 is fastened to the upper end of intermediate cross bar 3, intermediate shroud 32, pressing chamber 33 and die 34 of the moulding - to the lower end of intermediate traverse 6, upper shroud 35 and punch 37 - to the lower end of upper traverse 7. Inductor 26 is located inside the lower shroud, the bodies of the pipeline extenders - on the press cross bars, and the rods of the pipeline extenders - on the lower and upper traverses.
