FIELD: gas production. SUBSTANCE: method of industrial complex underwater exploitation of sea fields, mainly of gas condensate in glacial conditions, including stage-by-stage mining of product, primary processing in the underwater position by means of functional equipment, temporary storage and delivery to the surface; the level of production, resource according to the field capacity and the limits of the depth of lay-out of industrial processing units with functional equipment disposed on them are assigned; the industrial processing units are moved within these limits to an optimum depth due to variation of their own buoyancy; in this case the number of industrial processing units is determined according to their total output corresponding to the level of production and resource according to the field capacity, the lower limit of lay-out of industrial processing units is the technologically minimum allowable distance from the given platform with the well mouth equipment.
