FIELD: development of underwater fields of liquid and gaseous minerals. SUBSTANCE: offshore mobile platform is of module structure and consists of three parts: bottom unit, supporting column and upper structure. All these three main members of platform have their own buoyancy and are assembled and fastened to one another. Reinforced concrete or steel bottom unit furnished with capsules of wellhead equipment is regular polygon or circle in shape in plan and has ballast tanks for flooding, joining units with capsules of wellhead equipment and separable attachments for universal joint of supporting column located in center of bottom unit. Supporting column upper part is of circular cylinder in shape and accommodates transportation- communication module, and located on its outer surface are parts of mechanism of rotation and vertical motion of upper structure relative to column. Upper structure of platform accommodates drilling modules positioned strictly above capsules of wellhead equipment and presents cellular spatial structure which is circular in shape in plan with internal opening in center to pass supporting column. Process and habitable modules are also found in upper structure and form common space of required configuration with the aid of unified joining units. Increased unit power of offshore platform, higher mobility and safety and cut down expenditures for development and closing down of the field. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 dwg
