FIELD: offshore oil field development. SUBSTANCE: reservoir has housing in form of ballast tank filled with oil in operating (submerged) position (with displacement water from tank). To provide stability of floating when tank is being filled with oil, placed in centre of ballast tank is balance tank with sea water valve connected with device used for fixing the reservoir on ground through flexibly resilient member. Operating effort of the latter exceeds value of reservoir buoyancy when reservoir is not filled with oil. EFFECT: all year round operation of offshore oil-field facilities, irrespective of ice conditions in northern seas, at minimum expenses. 1 dwg
