FIELD: packing. SUBSTANCE: barrel has cylindrical enclosure 1, bottom 2 and cover 3 located between ends of first hoop 4 and hoop 5. Central hoop 5 is made in the form of a ring projection relative to side hoops 4. Radial threaded holes 7 into which thrusts 8 are screwed are made on hoops 4. Moreover, supports 10 and 11 with radial holes 12 are fixed through the center to bottom 2 and cover 3. Holes 9 are made on the end parts of cylindrical enclosure 1 under bottom 2 and above cover 3. Members 3 with holes 10 are circumferentially fixed on bottom 2 and cover 3 between cylindrical enclosure 1 and central supports 10 and 11 coaxially to the supports. Holes 15 are made coaxially to holes 9 and 12 in supports 10 and 11 and in the end parts of cylindrical enclosure 1. Members 14 with holes 15 are fixed to cylindrical rings 17 located between central supports 10 and 11 and end parts of cylindrical enclosure 1. Moreover, bottom 2 has supports 18 with damping spacers 19 which are made in the form of suckers one of which is positioned on central support 10. Metal shells 20 with holes 24 are fixed supports 10 and 18 for vertical movement. Moreover, removable conducting spacers 21 and 22 with hollow-suckers which are made in the form of flexible hollow segments and are mounted for movement along hoops 4 and 5.
