FIELD: containers. SUBSTANCE: tank has outer fencing, hollow jacket with feeding and discharge pipes, heat-insulating foam plastic shell, neck with stopper, and pipe for feeding liquid. The jacket has partition with hole at the bottom to separate the jacket into two chambers communicating with feeding and discharge pipes. Liquid feeding pipe has atomizer in the form of Segner's wheel. Secured to outlet pipes of this wheel are flexible tubular members. Outer fencing is carried by support to be inclined and rotated about vertical axis of the support. Support has lock member and shock-absorbing spacer. Mixer has the form of shaped counterweight. In horizontal section the counterweight is S-shaped, whereas in vertical section it is -shaped. Mechanism for rotating the outer fencing can include shells mounted coaxially on support and provided with replaceable grip members operatively connected to shell of drive wheel affixed to the support.
