FIELD: storage of fruits. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has interconnected pallet 1 and cover 2, spacers for separating products into horizontal layers. Spacers are formed as double-concave resilient pneumatic enclosures 3 communicated one with the other. Thickened portions extending along perimeter of spacers 3 are coated by light-reflective layer and provided with adhesive members. Heat-insulating porous gaskets are fixed on outer surface of spacers 3, whose inner surfaces are coated with light-reflective layer. Cover 2 and pallet 1 are made corrugated and are interconnected by means of flexible tie-rods 4, which are provided with springs 5 and retaining clamps 6. Cover 2 and pallet 1 are coated by mirror layer film 10. EFFECT: increased quality of fruits. 3 cl, 5 dwg
