SUBSTANCE: device has a feeding conveyer; L-shaped housing with oval cross-section and a flexible pipe whose lateral wall is formed with longitudinal flexible damping members and which is attached to the housing by means of bumpers, are mounted on the conveyer output. Two flexible layings are placed in the housing, one of them forms a pneumatic chamber with the housing upper wall. The other is located in the lower part of the housing and is made of antifriction material. An apron is fastened on the pneumatic chamber inside the housing, the lower part of the pipe is connected with rope-block mechanism. It is advisable to make the apron of antifriction material and to provide its lower part with a shaping string with threads as well as to make the longitudinal flexible damping members in the shape of strings and to place them in the shells formed by the flexible oval-shaped bodies with damping protrusions on their surface. Besides, the housing lateral walls can be made perforated and one can supply the hole rims with shaping strings serving as damping members.
