Diaphragm 3 is mounted under vacuum chamber 1, transfer bar 11 is fastened to diaphragm 3 with a clearance between its upper end and valve 5. Bunker lock 15 is fastened to the lower end of transfer bar 11. Vacuum chamber 1 communicates with vacuum conduit 10 through capillary 9, branch pipe 7 of end chamber 6 has shutoff member 8.
