FIELD: industrial rubber, tire and footwear industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves plasticization of caoutchouc, preparing and plasticization of rubber mixture. Preliminary swelled in solvent rubber mixture is added into residue of solvent by mixing, this process is carried out in glue mixer. 30-50% of rubber mixture is additionally plasticized till level of plasticity is 1.5-2 times higher than plasticity of rubber mixture residue.
