FIELD: preparation of bitumen. SUBSTANCE: device comprises container with flame tubes, heat exchanger made up of concentric tubes one of which is connected in lower part with bitumen delivery pipe while in its upper part, with one of pipes for pumping it into container. The other tube of heat exchanger communicates with heat carrier inlet-outlet pipe. Said pipe accommodates tiered crosswise-arranged tubular members with pin-point contact of their surface along heat exchanger axis. Their open ends are secured on outer surface of heat carrier pipe whose outside diameter is 0.65-0.85 the outside diameter of the bitumen pipe. Outside diameter of each tubular member is 0.3-0.5 the outside diameter of the heat carrier pipe. In the lower part of the bitumen pipe the device may have a water discharge pipe with a three-way cock and sleeve. The bottom of said sleeve is fastened to lower end of heat carrier pipe. The edge of downward-directed sleeve is serrated and disposed in lower part of bitumen pipe at the outlet to water discharge pipe. Bitumen delivery pipe is secured on side surface of bitumen pipe above the bottom of the sleeve whose outside diameter is 0.93-0.96 the inside diameter of the heat carrier pipe. Device may have additional pipeline for delivery of heat carrier. Heat carrier delivery pipelines are arranged coaxially on the outside and inside of the bitumen delivery pipe. The outside diameter of the bitumen delivery pipeline is 0.55-0.75 the outside diameter of the outer heat carrier pipe. The outside diameter of the heat carrier delivery pipeline is 0.45-0.65 the outside diameter of the bitumen pipeline. EFFECT: improved design. 3 cl, 2 dwg
