FIELD: chemical industry. SUBSTANCE: heat exchanger has outer pipe 1 and inner pipe 4 provided with branch pipes 7 arranged in rows axes of which are inclined to the pipe axis at 1-45°. The faces of the branch pipes received in the inter-pipe space are plugged. The distance between the adjacent branch pipes of each row is 0.7-1.0 of outer diameter of the branch pipe. The distance between the branch pipes of adjacent rows is 0.1-0.5 of the outer diameter of the internal pipe. The outer diameter and branch pipe length are 0.35-0.45 and 0.5-0.6 of outer diameter of the internal pipe respectively. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 2 cl, 2 dwg
