FIELD: civil engineering. SUBSTANCE: device comprises container with flame tubes, steam separator, evaporator, pipes for transferring and discharge of bitumen with closing-and-dispensing fittings. Edge of cup is secured to lower end of heat exchanger bitumen pipe. Water discharge pipe is fastened on side surface of cup. Outside diameter of heat carrier pipe is 0.30-0.45 the outside diameter of the bitumen pipe and 0.80-0.90 the inside diameter of cup. Outside diameter of bitumen supply pipe is 0.15-0.25 the outside diameter of the bitumen pipe. The pipe for supply of bitumen from storage container may be arranged above the cup. Bitumen discharge pipe may be disposed in upper part of heat exchanger tube. EFFECT: improved design. 2 cl, 1 dwg
