SUBSTANCE: azimuthal guide 2 is manufactured in the form of ring and elevation angle guide 1 is fabricated in the form of semi-ring and is put on azimuthal guide 2 for rotation along azimuth. First and third probes 4, 9 are mounted for movement over elevation angle guide 1. Sections of rectangular guide 3 are placed in plane of azimuthal guide 2. Second probe 5 is mounted for movement on rectangular guide 3. The latter can be manufactured in the form of telescopic rod. Second probe is set on it fixedly.
