FIELD: radio direction-finding technologies, namely, engineering of devices for determining spatial position of object, for example, and aircraft, and azimuth and local angle directions to appropriate beacon.
SUBSTANCE: onboard receiving system includes two magnetic antennas connected to receiving devices, positioned oppositely and symmetrically to each other, primarily with rod cores for determining azimuth direction and analogical device for determining local angle direction. Longitudinal axis of object and antennas symmetry axis are directed similarly and in parallel to each other. System includes blocks for selecting received radiation, measuring its level and measuring discrepancy of levels of signals received by antennas. Trajectory of object movement is changed until minimal discrepancy of aforementioned signal levels is reached. Antennas are protected from interference electromagnetic radiation, arriving from back spatial hemisphere, and electromagnetic radiation of appropriate beacon, reflected on the surface of object.
EFFECT: increased precision of object position determining in space independently from weather conditions due to increased precision of determining azimuth and local angle directions to appropriate beacon, absence of false bearing, increased object movement safety, for example, during its landing, decreased weight-dimensional characteristics of appropriate onboard equipment, increased technical and economical efficiency.
