FIELD: radio engineering. SUBSTANCE: attenuator has two sections of coaxial line coupled with line section with losses. Section of line with losses is formed with metal bushing and thin-film resistive line on dielectric backing anchored in cuts of bushing and in slits of ends of internal conductors. In dielectric backing of resistive line there are made holes on at least one side of central contacts. Total area of holes amounts to 1/5 up to 1/3 of area of surface between central and case contacts of resistive line. EFFECT: enhanced operational characteristics. 2 cl, 3 dwg
